Talun is Garry Jones and Fiachra O'Regan and friends. Their original work is influenced by traditional Irish, Arabic, African and bluegrass music. Talun (TAH loon) is an Irish word meaning earth or ground, and much of Garry and Fiachra's inspiration comes from spirit of place, particularly from Connemara in the West of Ireland, where they are based.
